Hitag readers
Integrated Engineering offers several proximity readers in the 125 kHz frequency range.
The readers are based on various proximity technologies. All readers are equipped with a buzzer and LED indication.
Hitag™ 1 reader
This contactless read only device is based on the Philips Hitag™ chip. With the ProxBurn™ Card Programmer one can specify the desired Wiegand or ISO 7811 (ABA / Clock & Data) output on the card or tag. This reader will generate its output according to these parameters.
Hitag™ 2 reader
This is a contactless read/write device based on the Philips Hitag™ 2 chip. The reader uses the secure password mode encryption for identification and the exchange of data. Available with a RS232 interface. With the ProxBurn™ Card Programmer one can specify the desired Wiegand or ISO 7811 (ABA / Clock & Data) output on the card or tag. This reader will generate its output according to these parameters.
Crypt Hitag™ 2 reader
This contactless read/write device is based on the Philips Hitag™ 2 chip. The information that is exchanged between reader and card is randomly encrypted. This makes this reader suitable for high security applications or environments such as payment applications, military applications, computer centres or equally sensitive objects.
